Shipping:

Dinaïa is currently shipping from our warehouse in Dubai to locations within the UAE only, via a secure and tracked shipping method. We’re working on adding more destinations soon. All prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT.

We offer free shipping in the UAE for orders above 350 AED, no code necessary. Free shipping will be applied at checkout.

Dinaïa ships from Monday to Saturday, excluding local holidays. Orders placed on Sunday might take longer to get processed.

All our orders are shipped with Aramex. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed & dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email. Shipping rates vary depending on your shipping destination (which Emirate you live in), and are calculated upon checkout. Please refer to the below for estimated delivery timings.

Unfortunately, order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order has been placed.

Once the package has left our warehouse, the shipping carrier is responsible for it. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen during transit / upon arrival. We kindly advise you to file a claim via the courier’s website here. If they are unable to offer you a solution, please contact info@dinaia.com once the claim has been filed and our team will assist you.

 

Returns:

We can only offer an exchange or return if a product has been damaged.

If your item is damaged, please save the shipping box and notify us within 5 business days by sending an email to our Customer Care team at info@dinaia.com. Please attach an image of the damaged Dinaïa product in your email, and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Any item that has been opened or used will not be accepted.
